After a second attempt at the ultrasound (with the help of two BIG Gulp sized water bottles and the potty dance) we could FINALLY see the bottom half of our little baby!
IT'S A GIRL!
I was shocked stepping onto the scale this week...I have never weighed this much! But I think the majority of the weight was pure water-- sloshing around inside of me! I was determined to get enough water in me so we could see the gender of our baby. There was no way I could wait a whole other week!
What a beautiful miracle to see! We were able to see all of her healthy body parts and her strong little heart.
We could see her perfect little nose as she anxiously greeted waving us with her five little fingers.
What a grand adventure we are embarking on! The reality is coming slowly...There is a little spirit inside of me growing quickly and kicking often to remind me she's with me!
I am so excited for you guys! You are going to be adorable parents!
