Welcome to the world of Avatar! We both anxiously slipped on our fancy glasses ecstatic for our first 3D experience. Prepare yourself for the adventure of a lifetime!
I have decided Peter and I will always be big kids! We get excited over the silliest things and I LOVE it!
Once we put our glasses on, I couldn't control myself. I was laughing uncontrollably as I stared Peter down with my new specs on. If any of you have seen the movie, "UP" remember the little grandpa with the thick, black glasses that made his eyes look so tiny? Peter looked exactly like him! It was a hoot! (I think it was one of those experiences where you just had to be there.)
We loved our sweet new glasses so much that we decided to wear them even running errands. You might as well have called us Bond, James Bond.
It seemed this day, we were able to slip back in time--remembering the life of ease when we were in Elementary school where curiosity, excitement, and wonder filled our days. What a fun day to reminisce and embrace whole-heartedly. I think we should all have "Kid Day" once in a while!
