The Tie-Dye Team

"We can do hard things." Megan and Elissa Sump chanted as we prepared for their first ever 5K race.

After a summer full of Indian runs, follow the leader, and capture the flag we were ready to take our spots on the starting line of the first-ever Cedar Hollow 4th Ward Young Women 5K. With our tie-dyed t-shirts our colors were very clear!

You could pick out our girls the quickest as they dotted the course in their colorful attire, which wasn't too hard since 2/3 of the women there had been from our ward. What a fun way to celebrate our strong and healthy bodies! We did something to push harder than some of us knew possible, finding the joy in something once hated, and enjoying the company of some of our best friends! What a memorable occasion!

Yes we CAN!!! :)
