If you have never heard of this, I would recommend checking this creatively inspiring event held at the Galivan Center in Salt Lake the last Friday in August. What a beautiful idea leaving you feeling uplifted and inspired as you hear of local heroes who perform amazing acts of kindness throughout their lives.
My sweet friend Caylee invited me to attend (but all are welcome and encouraged to come!) as a previous nominee in the year 2007. It runs very similar to the Grammy Awards--with video clips of the finalists, delicious all-you-can-eat foods from fresh fruit to Italian Ice Cream, cotton candy, pizzas, pastas, and a live band to boot!
